Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new image drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying distinct parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
More images released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
